The 12×10 Shrink Tunnel Machine is an entry-level heat shrink packaging machine built for businesses that need a professional, factory-finish shrink wrap without investing in a full-scale industrial line. It uses far-infrared quartz heaters positioned around a 12-inch x 10-inch chamber to shrink POF, PVC, PP and PE films evenly around your product as it moves through on a variable-speed conveyor.
Because both the chamber temperature and the conveyor speed are independently adjustable, the same machine can handle a range of film thicknesses (typically 0.01–0.04 mm) and product shapes – from cosmetic jars and pharmaceutical bottles to small cartons and single retail items – without switching equipment.

Chamber size is the single biggest decision you’ll make when buying a shrink tunnel — get it wrong and you’ll either damage your product with a tunnel that’s too tight, or waste energy heating empty space in a tunnel that’s too big.
As a rule of thumb, your product should be at least 2 inches narrower and 2 inches shorter than the tunnel opening. That extra clearance lets hot air circulate evenly around the product — without it, you risk uneven shrinkage or the product jamming inside the chamber.
