After the product is wrapped or sealed with shrink film, it passes through a heated tunnel on a conveyor. Hot air circulates around the package, causing the film to contract and form a tight, clean and protective finish.
Shrink tunnel machines are commonly used with POF, PVC and LDPE shrink films for cartons, bottles, food trays, FMCG multipacks, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, stationery and industrial components.
The product is placed inside the selected shrink film.
A sealing machine or L-sealer seals and cuts the film around the product.
The wrapped product enters the shrink tunnel through the conveyor.
