The Amarpack APSTW-360 is a automatic shrink wrapping machine engineered for high-throughput carton and box bundling. This automatic box shrink wrapping and tunnel machine accepts POF, PVC and PE shrink films from 15 to 50 micron, sealing packs up to 500 × 350 mm before passing them through a PID-controlled heat-shrink tunnel. The integrated side-sealing system uses a constant-heat sealing blade with adjustable conveyor speed, while a PLC controller with HMI touchscreen governs temperature, belt speed and cycle timing. Built for FMCG, food, beverage and pharma lines, this industrial automatic shrink packaging machine delivers consistent, tamper-evident wraps at up to 25 packs per minute.

It runs POF (polyolefin), PVC and PE shrink films from 15 to 50 micron. POF is recommended for food-grade and FMCG packs, while heavier PE suits multi-unit carton bundling. Film width is set to match your pack size.
The sealing area handles packs up to 500 × 350 mm, and pack length along the conveyor is effectively continuous. Maximum pack weight is 15 kg. For oversized cartons, the tunnel chamber can be customised on request.
It requires a 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply at roughly 15 kW. Plan for a footprint of about 3200 × 950 × 1550 mm plus clearance at the infeed and outfeed for loading and collection. A standard industrial earthing point is required.
Low. Routine cleaning and periodic part checks are sufficient. We offer AMC support too.
